RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final.
All items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect colour selection
• Buyer remorse
Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hi.reelkeeper@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
